This product offers hotels in more than 20 cities throughout the world. Like all Transhotel products, it will be accessed through the online reservations platform, TOR System Advanced.
SurPrize’s main characteristic is that the final client will be offered a hotel of their chosen category in their chosen destination but without providing the establishments name. Two days before the client’s check-in, the Travel Agency will receive a notification informing of the name of the hotel in which the reservation will be made. As a result of this, the client will obtain a hotel at a surprisingly low price along with usual quality product associated with Transhotel.
Natalia Fernandez, Director of Contracting & Product for Transhotel said that “SurPrize Hotels are based on price, this factor being the most important for today’s clientele”.
